MJPEG Tools Svn

Use the bufalloc() routine from libmjpegutils (utils/cpu_accel.c). Not only
does this prevent needless code duplication but the pointer from mjpegutil's
bufalloc() can be passed to free() (the one returned by duplicate code could
not be passed to free()).

Not referenced, not built, not installed - doesn't appear to have been used
since December 2004 so remove it.

Oops - forgot to update glib and gtk to glib2 and gtk2.

Some tidying up but mostly clarifying comments/documenation.

Finish up removing the .qt and .moov extensions and just leave .mov. .qt and
.moov were silly but were used at one time to differentiate quicktime from
movtar files. Since movtar has long been banished use .mov for quicktime
(like the rest of the world ;)).

The .qt and .moov extensions were a silly idea - just use .mov

Hard to believe that after all this time there were still references to 'm'
for the old movtar format lingering in the code and one manpage.

very ugly code but works...
the code is prepared to take any chroma-subsampling
the code is slow (mainly because of a slow MC)
it only works (currently) for bottom-field-first 4:2:0 PAL
the regained fields are of the best quality I ever have seen by any deinterlacerso far... (does anyone have a Trimension at hand to test against?)

rename/relocate lavtools/lavtc.bash to scripts/lavtc.sh and update Makefile.am.
The script can always be removed from the new directory as well as the old ;)

Ding Dong the XYSCSS tag is (finally) dead. Smilutils has been updated to
not emit XYSCSS= and a patch has been submitted to ffmpeg to remove it from
libavformat's yuv4mpeg2 output.
