the getopt() routine specified 't' as the option name, not T (which was the
value used in the case statement). So, change the case statement to match
the getopt() and also update the manpage to document '-t' instead of '-T'.

Add the Altivec flags (-faltivec, -maltivec, etc) to CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS so
they are available when compiling .c and .cc files. Don't export
ALTIVEC_CFLAGS (via AC_SUBST). This allows the compiler to generate Altivec
code for such functions as memset().

Ignore the mjpeg_simd_helper program along with the other executables.

First attempt at revising the manpage. At least get the options mentioned to
match the program even if the descriptions are less than perfect.

Remove unused code - the "-o/--norm" option in lavplay was rejected since
'o' was not present in getopt() and there was no case: statement to handle
the option.

Sigh - not sure how a .new file got checked in but it isn't needed.

Document the (fairly new) -x option used for exchanging fields.

If the gaussian blur as been disabled with a value of 0 then return immediately
rather than copying the data to a temp buffer and then back to the original
input/source buffer.

Clean up the usage() printout - the whitespace padding could cause the output
to be double spaced if the window was 80 columns. Use \n instead of blank/empty
mjpeg_log statments.
