By popular demand (well, ok - I got one request to add it ;)) a simple
histogram program for YUV4MPEG2 streams is added. It's a simple program
created years ago to spot colorcast problems.

Fix invalid memory access

it is slower, it is not yet ready for everyone, but it does remove noise
a lot better ...

Control it's behavior with (spatial) -Y [n] -U [n] -V [n] and (temporal) with
-y [n] -u [n] -v [n]

fix bug tracking saturation in MMX code

no .s files left, the strip_fPIC.sh script is gone, so no need for special
assembly rules in Makefile.am

reduce the amount of whitespace (blank lines) in the usage summary so that
yuvdeinterlace's message isn't double/triple spaced (easier to read without
scrolling the window).

Fix slider related problem.
Add some shortcut keys to buttons.
