no .s files left, the strip_fPIC.sh script is gone, so no need for special
assembly rules in Makefile.am

reduce the amount of whitespace (blank lines) in the usage summary so that
yuvdeinterlace's message isn't double/triple spaced (easier to read without
scrolling the window).

Fix slider related problem.
Add some shortcut keys to buttons.

cruft removal - neither libavifile or riffinfo .h files were used anywhere.

Since chanlist_names was 1) causing compilation problems with gcc4 and 2) is
not used anywhere in the mjpegtools sourcetree, it was deleted.

Added "-r 1 -w 13.333" and "-r 1 -w 24" to the list of radius/weight
combinations with efficient integer implementations.

Fix TOP_FORWARD and BOTT_FORWARD, so these work with chroma formats other than 4:2:0.
