Added "-r 1 -w 13.333" and "-r 1 -w 24" to the list of radius/weight
combinations with efficient integer implementations.

Fix TOP_FORWARD and BOTT_FORWARD, so these work with chroma formats other than 4:2:0.

quick hack to support YCbCr 4:4:4, 4:2:2, 4:1:1.

NetBSD 2.0 support. Need a "-lossaudio" (NBSD 2 moved the sound to a sep lib)

Due to the 2 other patches compiling with -O6 works now again.
So I have enabled it.

layer 1 support and documentation.

Layer 1 patch from comes at naic dot edu. Doesn't harm non layer1 mplexing.
Why anyone would want to use layer 1 is a mystery though.

Missing 'const' caused picky compilers to complain.
