fix segfault -- frames were being left in pass1

New lavaddwav from Nicholas Redgrave (baron at bologrew dot demon dot co dot uk)
and Bernhard Praschinger.
A change was made to use the new common reorder_32() routine.
The common reorder_32() function was changed to use a 'big_endian' 2nd argument
and uses of reorder_32() in lav2wav and lavtrans were changed to pass the
flag (intead of doing if/then/else on big_endian).

Create a single instance of reorder_32 rather than replicating it in multiple
places. Also, instead of "unsigned long" it is necessary to use "uint32_t"
when dealing with WAV headers. This is because 'unsigned long' is 8 bytes
(not 4) on X86-64 systems (AMD64, Opteron, etc).

OOps - had my input and output reversed. Effect of -B is how to interpret the
input - the output is still YUV4MPEG2.

Add the -B (BGR) commandline option to the manpages.

k8 = athlon64 = opteron = athlon-fx (gcc 3.4)
athlon64, opteron and athlon-fx options are not available on older gcc versions, so we can replace the current fancy logic with just a "proc=k8".

Since I have an Opteron-250 system now it's possible to put the correct
option in the cpuinfo.sh script. Using "-mcpu=opteron" does NOT work
(gcc manpage not withstanding):

gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I../.. -I../.. -I../../utils -march=opteron -mcpu=opteron -g -O2 -pthread -Wall -Wunused -MT build_sub22_mests.lo -MD -MP -MF .deps/build_sub22_mests.Tpo -c build_sub22_mests.c -fPIC -DPIC -o .libs/build_sub22_mests.o
cc1: error: bad value (opteron) for -march= switch
cc1: error: bad value (opteron) for -mcpu= switch
gmake[3]: *** [build_sub22_mests.lo] Error 1

Using "-mcpu=x86-64" DOES work for the mode=5 case.
