use y4m_chroma_keyword() to get the descriptive strings of the chroma subsampling.
Do something similar for the interlacing (print 't', 'b', p' instead of a numeric value).

Update the manpage to reflect the recent changes to mp2enc.

Cleanup, make the default sampling rate 48000 for NON-VCD use . Change -V to
reflect the VCD2.0 specs which allow mono at 64, 96 and 192 kbit/sec and stereo
at 128, 192,224 and 384 kbit/sec. -V sets the sampling rate to 44100 and
validates the bitrate against the number of output channels requested (stereo
by default).

Clean up a typo/spelling error or two. mp2enc is a MPEG-1 Layer II encoder,
not a MPEG-2 encoder so fix that reference as well.
