A fix for playing back the video in OS X,

fixed the big endian problem. With a litte help from mp2enc...
lav2wav should now generate correct wav headers on little and big endian machines
Tested on a Athlon MP, and G4, without problems.

Ignore the executable for cvs operations.

Apple's version of GCC turns on some extra optimizations when "-mcpu=G5" is
used versus simply "-mcpu=970". Tested on a dual G5 running OS/X 10.3.3

Rounding fix for a green shift problem.

Need to have a y4m_accept_extensions(1) call to enable chroma spaces other than
420

Add support for mpeg2dec's 4:2:2 and 4:4:4 formats. This hasn't been tested
yet (4:2:2 is a HP feature not implemented yet in mpeg2enc). Traditional
4:2:0 has been tested and works the same as it always has.
