Apple's version of GCC turns on some extra optimizations when "-mcpu=G5" is
used versus simply "-mcpu=970". Tested on a dual G5 running OS/X 10.3.3

Rounding fix for a green shift problem.

Need to have a y4m_accept_extensions(1) call to enable chroma spaces other than
420

Add support for mpeg2dec's 4:2:2 and 4:4:4 formats. This hasn't been tested
yet (4:2:2 is a HP feature not implemented yet in mpeg2enc). Traditional
4:2:0 has been tested and works the same as it always has.

Add some more utilities that should be ignored by cvs

Add interlacing utility (for handling HDTV that uses 1280x720p at 60000/1001 frames/sec)

Use --host to specify cpu.

Add cpuinfo.c to EXTRA_DIST.

With --host, don't use cpu detection.
Use $srcdir/cpuinfo.sh instead of ./cpuinfo.sh for --srcdir.
