Add the standard list of files to ignore.

Add image stabilizer program to mjpegtools.

Turn off the debugging output by default. This also fixes a undefined symbol
on OS/X.

Integrate the new y4mdenoise program into the build environment

Remove the Makefile in preparation for automake (Makefile.am) configure.

Add the arch/cpu flags used to the summary printed at the end of the configure run

The everything works, now release :)

New (and hopefully much improved ;)) cpu/architecture detection. Will avoid
generating sse/sse2 instructions with gcc3 for systems that can not execute
them. Also can add the "-mcpu=7450" and "-mcpu=970" flags for the G4 and G5
PPC architectures.

o Updated y4mtoppm, y4mcolorbars, and ppmtoy4m to make use of the new
YUV4MPEG2 stuff --- namely, non-4:2:0 chroma subsampling.
o Default output for y4mcolorbars and ppmtoy4m is now 4:4:4.
o Documentation updated.
o png2yuv updated (minimally), too, due to changes in subsample.[ch]
(But, no change to defaults/basic operation.)

Fixed support for VCD2.0 audio-only muxing (audio only is VBR
muxed).
Fixed system header generation for VCD (audio / video headers only
generated if corresponding stream muxed).
