MJPEG Tools Svn

First GPL release of y4mdenoise.

This still needs to be reviewed by an actual digital-video expert to
make sure my assumptions are valid.

Now compiles under gcc 3.4
(thanks to Sean Darcy, seandarcy@...)

The darken area works now properly, and darkens also Cb and Cr, befor it did only Y, and that was not that good.

The command usage is now shown again.

need to augment $LIBS with $PTHREAD_LIBS (which may contain -lpthread) before
checking for the function pthread_attr_getstacksize.

further speedups and better statistics for prediction of MVs

Some more fixes for LVS, and the scripting. Added another hint for options that work only with scripts.
