gcc 2.95.3 doesn't accept data declarations in the body of a function.

The original code uses explicitly programmed loop unrolling. I did not do that
because I assume that the compiler can do this much more efficiently.

Integrate yuvdeinterlace into mjpegtools by creating its Makefile.am and
adding the necessary lines to the top level configure.in and Makefile.am files.

modified blocksize, for a better result...

Fixed proble of insufficient look-ahead for run-out and I-frame
alignment if very small frames present.
Also tided up decoder buffer modelling and added framework for
removing the need for identical boiler-plate AU despatch modelling
in the various stream types.

Work around buggy lround implementation for some gcc revisions
