Now I understand why we got so many iminor() bug reports lately - the include that defines the compatibility macro was missing... Argh... OK, so adding that, plus the patch from Kieran Morrissey <linux@...>

Removed the Divx options from LVS.

default bandwidth percentage of 0.5 too aggressive for non-VHS style sources -
make the default 0.7.

A fix that should meake the INFO_ENTRY option in the Makefile obsolete.

Fix for compilation error using gcc-2.96

Set the default sharpening to 0. Sharpening raises the bitrate which is not
desireable for bitrate limited formats such as VCD or SVCD. Not sharpening
also speeds up yuvdenoise about 20%.

Major speed enhancement of yuvscaler by a factor 2 to 4.
I personnally very strongly suggest to upgrade to this version.

bump micro version to 3 now that 1.6.2 is released.
