May the mplayer lpcm 'workaround' the default as reports suggest some hardware
players have the same weird constraint on header size...

Merged in some useful command line option fixes from main (stable) branch
added flag to suppress generation of dual prime motion compensated blocks

Fixed inermediate value that exceeds int32 Max causing problems on RH systems

Removed dead variable

Add Check for the naive trying to turn on interlaced encoding support
with MPEG-1 formats.

clean up several compiler warnings, remove reference to __progname (not needed),
fix up two #include pathnames (shouldn't use mjpegtools/)

Damn.... missed on key change in mergeing devel features... and broke MPEG-1

AM_CONFIG_HEADER is obsolete. It has been replaced by AC_CONFIG_HEADER
What was happening was that the egrep ^AC_CONFIG_HEADER in autogen.sh was
always failing and thus autoheader was never being run.

Argh - don't put the FRAME markers out in a raw yuv file. Sigh.

height and width reversed in the uvlen calculation.
