Damn.... missed on key change in mergeing devel features... and broke MPEG-1

AM_CONFIG_HEADER is obsolete. It has been replaced by AC_CONFIG_HEADER
What was happening was that the egrep ^AC_CONFIG_HEADER in autogen.sh was
always failing and thus autoheader was never being run.

Argh - don't put the FRAME markers out in a raw yuv file. Sigh.

height and width reversed in the uvlen calculation.

forgot the 4:2:2 case

Add a y4mtoyuv utility. This is the reverse of yuv4mpeg. y4mtoyuv takes
Y4M data in 420MPEG, 420JPEG, 420PALDV, 411 or 444 formats and emits headerless
(raw) YUV. Useful in conjunction with other programs (such as tiny_psnr from
the ffmpeg/test directory).

XYSCSS tag checking for 420 was completely wrong. The tags for the 420
variants are: 420MPEG2, 420PALDV, 420JPEG. The simple "420" was left in
but it is not the tag used.

-x option wasn't in the usage() summary.

Add mjpegtools.{postinst,prerm} to use install-info without automatically adding by dh_installinfo. Limit Build-Depends libjpeg-mmx-dev [i386] to libjpeg-mmx-dev (>= 0.1.4) [i386].

Changes for the next release. Inclunding, some more info about SVCD. And a section named Creating videos from other sources. Also many correction for spelling mistakes from Steven M. Schultz.
