New AltiVec optimized functions iquant_non_intra_m2,
iquant_intra_m1 & iquant_intra_m2.

Fix ancient initialisation bug that had been mased by the lack of
P-frame only coding mode and large frame processing buffers.

Fixed many comparrison warnings. Fixed some depreciated functions.
Fiexed on script generation bug.

img2mpg.1 was removed, the reference to it in Makefile.am should go away at the same time.

Remove 'img2mpg.1' man page -> included now in Digikam project [http://digikam.sf.net]

Remove debugging log message

Fiexed some compiler warnings like cast warnings and sys_errlist usage.

Applied the patches from Michael Hanke (search the mailinglist).
Now in LVS the effects work properly with interlaced material.
