Removes DataErr from the zr36060 IRQ mask. This is actually a good thing, because now the zr36060 will reset itself on a crash, instead of hang indefinately. This should fix most of the timeout problems (either due to a bad signal/signal glitch, or due to a high throughput where the card can't keep up).
Also fixes some minor indentation thingies and sets the mode in the restart code correctly.

Remove redundant "pict_rate"

* Change module extension from .o to .ko in update script
* check return value for request_module()
* fix sequence number counting in IRQ handler... Should be able to detect
lost frames that way
* some other minor stuff

add y4m_fi_xtags which was overlooked.

LVS now loads the correct image from the stream, and showes it at the correct size.

Remove second window, it doesn't improve quality

Remove some symbols that disappeared in 2.5.x. This makes the current driver compile under 2.5.x and removes the dynamic usecounting and goes back to (old) static usecounting, which seems to be used in 2.5.x everywhere

Some more minor patches - sorry about checking in the uncomment debugging
stuff. Doh!
