Don't bother logging the "line will be processed" message, frames which undergo
pixel replacement will log the number of pixels replaced.

Only log the number replaced if it is non-zero

Log at 'info' level the number of pixels replaced in a frame.

Since the count of pixels is shortcircuited as soon as it exceeds the threshold
it makes no sense to print out the value (could be 0 if -p 0 were used).

Fix one minor ('<=' instead of '<') but and one fatal flaw (didn't index into
the frames correctly)

Initial release of y4mblackfix, utility to improved dark scenes.

Chroma range is 16 to 240, not 16 to 235(that is luma's range)
