Since the count of pixels is shortcircuited as soon as it exceeds the threshold
it makes no sense to print out the value (could be 0 if -p 0 were used).

Fix one minor ('<=' instead of '<') but and one fatal flaw (didn't index into
the frames correctly)

Cleaned up some bitrate calculations to avoid an unnecessary integer overflow.

Get interlacing info from stream header and _not_ -I!

Use ../utils/libmjpegutils.a to avoid the linker finding the old version in
/usr/local/lib (due to -L/usr/local/lib being used)
