* use raw I2C if possible (this is faster than per-byte smbus emulation) for write_block() functions
* use __init/__exit where appropriate
* use init_module()/exit_module()
* use .name = value instead of name: value for struct definitions
* make the per-byte functions inline

Oh, and of course some random __init/__exit fixes

Okay, huge change: semaphores! Finally, the driver is (supposed to be) threadsafe... This is gonna be buggy, so give it your best testing in whatever painful way you can think of, and report all bugs.

I also prettified the coding style quite a bit, added some random bits from the kernel version of our driver (from kernel.org), removed compile warnings, added a insmod option to zr36060.o for Buz compatibility (low_bitrate=1) and unified the debugging output a bit to be consistent.

Oh, and I removed all manual inc/dec_use from the i2c client modules, so be careful here. You can remove i2c modules while zoran.o is loaded, and this will crash your computer. This still needs fixing, but I didn't finish that yet.

Oops, I accidently added some stuff that shouldnt be in CVS yet

Change initialization order of JPEG codec bits, and add some more comments, this should improve the DC10old/DC30 support (though it still doesnt work) - thanks to Laurent

Fix swapped input order for DC10+, thanks to Yue Shi Lai for noticing

Revert fix in stable branch that decreased quality... Leave this for now - a *good* fix will come later in the videodev2 branch
