General build fixes, make distcheck and RPM building works now

Small bugfix when moving scenes of different framenums

* These changes fix a memory allocation error in the editor which caused it to screw up completely. The editor now seems to work like it should.
* Also, spaces in file names are now allowed.
* mjpegtools-1.6 is now really required.
* kicked version number to 0.1.6, pending an upcoming release

Added a besser support for yuvdenoise

Pending bugfixes, have been tested long enough and did not receive complaints. Lets hope this stays that way. The one fix fixes lavrec for BTTV-0.8, the other fixes a stupid bug for hardware playback in lavplay that should never have been there.

This completes removal of mjpegtools-1.4 support and makes everything (afaik) mjpegtools-1.6.0/CVS compatible. Things could always be incomplete, though. It now requires mjpegtools+mjpegtools-devel files (the -config script) at ./configure time. This is only a compile thing though, RPMs (might come later) don't need mjpegtools itself (yet).
It also fixes some bugs that I came along with. The editor is still broken and will be fixed at a next update.

Removed the support for th mjpegtools 1.4.x Version

Late add of the file needed for compiling.

This fixes the interlacing problem that was fixed in the stable branch some time ago - forgot to fix it here

This fixes playback on the DC10+ - probably for other cards too
