Updated the interlacing section, created a Encoding destination TV (interlaced) or Monitor (progressive) section, where some notes are collected about how to get the best result.
Many fixes for the text made, in the doc section the text will be the final 1.6.0.

o Modified yuvscaler.1 to remove any mention of processing input from
anything but stdin (i.e. no longer accepts AVI files or edit lists).
o Added a manpage for the YUV4MPEG2 stream format, "yuv4mpeg(5)".
