Fixed up tiny buglet, also improved end-of-configure synopsis, including
making the message for $have_large_file more clear....

Added stuff to configure.in to test for old vs. new(er) libdv (>= 0.9.5).
Added appropriate #ifdef's to lavtools to account for API changes in libdv.
(More work could be done for both, but this should get the job done for now.)
