MJPEG Tools Svn

Ooops... some premature libdv changes slipped in to the previous commit.

Added a built-in "\n" to the mjpeg_logging default handler,
and removed all the "\n" and/or "\r" from calls to mjpeg_logging functions.
(Previous versions tagged as "pre_logging_LF_removal".)

All praise query-replace-regexp! Huzzah!

This commit was manufactured by cvs2svn to create tag
'pre_logging_LF_removal'.

Fixed a typographical error.

Updated all the manpages to make clear that all lavtools accept multiple input files

Removed oldyuv4mpeg.[ch] because nothing uses the old YUV4MPEG stream code
anymore...
BUT, since Hitoshi's libyst still has wrappers for this stuff, I moved
oldyuv4mpeg.h over to the mjpegtools/ directory, so that it all still
compiles.

Updated some parts. Uptaded other parts to bo correct with the latest changes made.
Spellchecked the whole thing.

Last configure bug (I hope)

Fixed bug whereby scanning only ended at bit-stream end and not
at eoscan (which can be triggered by running beyond the mux PTS limit).

Added "y4mtoppm", along with its manpage, and some little changes
to ppmtoy4m.
