Fix a warning sent to stdout.

Change to autodetect (at config time) whether GetDestFmt or DestFmt should
be used when accessing avifile output bitmap data.

Fix width+offset error

Avifile's changed DestFmt () to GetDestFmt () so we had to, too. This means
old versions of avifile may no longer compile.
