Fixed problem with numerical overflow in MMX quantisation routine
for very low quantisations (high quality) levels.

This should fully fix software-encoded JPEG recording now

Fixed yuvmedian filter so that: edges are left unchanged, fall back filter is less
harsh.
Added mode for interlaced video for median filter.

Fixed: Accidentally deleted setting of sequence headers for SVCD.
Fixed: Incorrect update of 1-sec delay between DTS and SCR calculation
Fixed: Typos in setting of electro-optical transfer characteristic codes.
