#876 Sub-menu mouseovers not responding

Sub-menu pull-out menus, such as the "recent files" tab, the "delete bookmarks" tab, or the arrows at the top and bottom of the "Insert" menu, are no longer responding to the mouse hovering over them in 2.8.1. Previously, when the mouse overed over these tabs, the drop-down menu would pop out or the menu list would scroll.

I couldn't reproduce this. This is not an obvious regression - perhaps something in Windows has changed on your computer. Could you check a few previous versions of Minsky and see if this issue shows up on you computer with those?

This issue also shows up on 2.8 version of Minsky, so I would agree that perhaps this is something in windows that has changed.

Curiouser and curiouser. I just did an update of my Win10 VM, so I know it is at the latest. But the cascade menus still behave as previously - automatically popping out when hovering the mouse over it. Anybody else seen what Hal sees?
