Switching from compliant to non-compliant has no effect on the model, but switching from non-compliant to compliant reverses the signs of the equity and liability flows but not the signs of the initial levels. The switch in signs is reflected in the flow equations so these are two different models.

Initial values shouldn't change sign on change of compliance mode. I fixed up the other problem.
