#1938 Upgrade fail

This may be due to my laptop, which is simulating a nervous breakdown. The upgrade process reports that it has succeeded, but doesn't alter the install number.

Fixed - Linux uses x86_64 as its arch identifier, but we are using x64 in the new Sevalla website. Some translation on upload was required.
