#1532 Flipping user defined function inverts inputs

I'm new to this ticketing system, so I've accepted the defaults. I don't know what a Milestone is.

User defined functions can have 2 inputs, x and y, normally with x upper and y lower. When the function is flipped the inputs are inverted with y upper and x lower.

    That's fine - we triage into milestones anyway.

    Not only is the flipping not mirror flipping the inputs, but the inputs should be annotated to indicate which input is which (eg see the - operation). I note also that the log and power operations do not place the annotations correctly when flipped, and also the <, <= and polygamma functions are missing input port annotations.
