This is in preparation for a Ravel-centric help system. All the current TeX files (Introduction, Getting Started, Tutorial) should be renamed with a "-Minsky" suffix. The current files should now point to Ravel-specific content (which I'm starting to write)

\begin{document}
\include{Introduction}
\include{GettingStarted}
\include{Tutorial}
\include{Reference}
\include{exprtk}
\include{Introduction-Minsky}
\include{GettingStarted-Minsky}
\include{Tutorial-Minsky}

    I'm not convinced that's the best organisation actually. Tutorials should really be delivered by an external website, rather than in the in-program help system. Separating a getting started for data processing (Ravel) and getting started for systems dynamics (Minsky), makes sense, and then a reference section, which covers everything.

    Main thing for now is to add missing content, and remove polemic (which belongs in different documentation).
