[Minsky-betatesters] Minsky 2.19.1 (aka Malthus) released

We've now completed the Malthus iteration of Minksy development, and
the software is released as version 2.19.1. Source code is available
from SourceForge, as well as Github, and binary packages from
SourceForge's File Release System for Windows and Mac. Linux packages
are available from the OpenSUSE build system
(https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:hpcoder1/minsky) for the
usual suspects, except OpenSUSE Tumbleweed, which has a build failure
due to the latest Boost library.
