#338 Add daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly rollups of time axes

Build this into Ravel as a RavelPro feature, Use the next reduction operator for the rollup.

When we other hierarchical types, such as municipality, province, countries and regions, this concept can be extended.

Bravo!!! This is one feature I've wanted for a long time. It will greatly
enhance our capacity to analyse multidimensional data, in a way that pivot
tables cannot do.
