#330 Variable create/edit dialog should populate combobox dropdown with existing variable names for the variable type selected.

I think this was a feature of Minsky 2.x that didn't get ported to 3.x.

Also, need to have stock in the variable drop down type, at least for the edit dialog, though not the create dialog.
