Change profile/configure to use msvcrt.dll by default
for profile code for mingw and cygwin -mno-cygwin.

    On second thought, why not build and install bothe gcrt1.o
    and gcrt2.o? Revised diff does that.

    Hmm... Your intentions are good. You should have changed profile/configure.in and executed autoconf to
    recreate configure. I'll take care of it.
