I have been using those and found them very good for my purposes.
However I am missing a port of sh (bash).

I believe such a port could be very useful when running build scripts on
MS Windows. Are path conversions really needed in such cases? Should not
all tools be able to handle windows style paths?

Since no such port seem to exist there must be some reason for this. Are
there any principal obstacles or is it just a huge project?
