We'll have a W95-patch package sometime shortly that uses the '\' as the
primary DIR_SEPARATOR.  This problem is really an interesting one that
has more problems than just which separator is being used.

We're trying our best to serve the community.  I hope that you can give
us who are short on time the short time we have to work on the problem.
