btw, i also noticed that in winnls.h, in line 410

#ifndef _BASETSD_H

should be

#ifndef _BASETSD_H_

since basetsd.h defines at its start _BASTETSD_H_ and not _BASETSD_H

this should be fixed both in the winapi package and in the mingw
distribution
