Ok, I might be missing the point here, but wouldn't it be more MingW-like to
just make gcc compatible with the Microsoft C++ runtime dll's?  Then it
wouldn't matter what the libstdc++ license is.  (Yes, I know it's a lot of
work, and no I'm not volunteering, I don't need C++ myself.)
