[Mingw-msys] bad interpreter

I have a problem, a description of which and its solution may be found at t=

the solution, however, seems to have a problem in that at apparently random=
 times, in trying to run a script, I get the following error:

	"bad interpreter: No such file or directory"

any suggestions?

p.s. the last entry in the Changelog of msys.bat reads:

(so you know what build I have)
