[Mingw-msys] Troubles with autoscan and autoconf

Obs: sorry for big email but i try provide all you need to help me with 
this, so please tell me what i have wrong or tell how to do.
Trying to use autoscan....
$ autoscan
Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at 
/mingw/bin/autoscan line 195.

And autoconf...

Note: I need to install the autoconf from gnuwin32 for this, if I 
uninstall it, I get this

Can't locate Autom4te/General.pm in @INC (@INC contains: 
c:/progra~1/AutoConf/share/autoconf /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.1/msys 
/usr/lib/perl5/5.6.1 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/msys 
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at 
/mingw/bin/autom4te line 40.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /mingw/bin/autom4te line 40.

So I get the files from /usr/share/autoconf and place it at 
c:\progra~1\autoconf\share\autoconf that is where the same files from 
gnuwin32 was( I removed then before) and now I get this
$autoconf
/mingw/bin/autom4te: unrecognized option `--prepend-include'

And for autoscan
