Any good C/C++ (Ansi-Standard) tutorial will work for programming with the Mingw toolset since Mingw uses an Ansi- Standard compiler (gcc/g++) to build native windows runtime. If, on the other hand, you are wanting to learn Win32api programming, that is a different question. If this latter is the case, then the best resource for the "very latest and greatest releases of the win32api" can be found by downloading and working with the Microsoft Platform SDK.
