[Mingw-users] Mingw does NEED to allow a quick evaluation test!!!

Hello Earnie,

I think, that it is really necessary to upload such file (one single Zip-file, 
which build a complete installation of MinGw + Gnu-Make [+ sed + sh]) on a
place,
where it can be found at the first visit of www.mingw.org.
