You can find on ftp://ftp.franken.de/pub/win32/develop/gnuwin32/incoming/ a zip-file "MinGw.zip" with a complete installation of MinGw. ( Also make(3.78) and Tcl(8.3) ). The installation is made of the files from Mumit's last snapshot (Feb. 2000). To use: Create an directory with an arbitary name (maybe C:\MinGw). Unzip the the the File MinGw.zip in this directory.
