Hello MinGW'ers,

all of the above GNU packages have been released at SourceForge project
"mingwrep". The URL is

GDBM, GNU Database Manager is GNU implementation of cannonical simple 
data storage, GNU regex is legacy (but standard) regular expression
package and PCRE is new de-facto standard implementation of de-facto
Perl-compatible regular expressions.
