I think this thread came up about a year or more ago, and we decided Quick View is broken. I have noticed that, for previous releases, if you added a version resource (any resource?) to your DLL, Quick View's output would become readable. I observed this on several different projects, so I don't think it was a coincidence. If that workaround still works, I suggest we just note it in the FAQ or something.
