[Mingw-users] winnls.h possibly missing symbols?

Hello,

I've been trying to compile the latest Python release with MinGW and
have come across a few undefined symbols that might come from winnls.h:

LOCALE_SISO639LANGNAME,
LOCALE_SISO3166CTRYNAME

Any ideas? Thanks :)
