Is the sh.exe in unixw32.tgz this TeraTermPro you spoke about in the README file? If it is, isn't TeraTermPro a commercial, proprietary program? If that is the case then unless you paid extreme sums to have to right to distribute it we can't authorize the use of this. BTW, your gnuinx.tgz sit in the tarballs directory and is corrupt.
