Here is the first take on a new ld archive distribution.

Note that /ldscripts, for this proposed "ld" archival structure, falls under <mingw>/lib in this 
proposed archive distribution.  Latest public release of ld archive has /ldscripts placed under 
<mingw>/mingw32.
