[Mingw-msys] Query, MSYS-i?86 architecture, is it worth my trouble?

I've run into some interesting managment issues with various libraries
built for i686 while I'm trying to build for i386.  Is it really worth
my time to continue to provide a i586 and i686 versions?  I would really
like to stop the practice.
